Our
Story
The Creative Hub 4 Cultures (C4C) is a grassroots community collective and home to the Alliance of Families for Justice Central NY Office, the Indigo Rising Collective, and Civic Ensemble Theater Group.
This work is ever expanding and currently may take the form of:

Movie and discussion nights, Decolonial reading groups, healing justice workshops

Free Markets with fresh produce and herbs from Indigo Rising’s community garden

Meeting space for the Alliance of Families for Justice’s Men’s and Women’s groups

Drags shows and dance parties to uplift our communities

Space for radical theater projects to take root

A place to breathe, be together, and sprout new visions for Black and Brown liberation in Ithaca
Purpose & Vision
The purpose of C4C is to provide transformative community spaces for co-creation, collective organizing, and healing to elevate Black and Brown leadership as we rebuild a culture of healing, peace and sovereignty and resist interlocking systems of oppression.
Through the work of the C4C Collective, we envision a world where there is power to the people, not power over the people, and where all people experience human dignity, love, and self-expression.
